HYROX
As a HYROX Affiliated Training Club, it is our duty to prepare you for HYROX Singapore.

STRENGTH
This session is structured to develop the strength and power essential for HYROX competition. Key HYROX movements that will be focused on are sled pushes, sled pulls, farmer’s carries, wall balls, and lunges. By cycling strength movements, you will build the strength needed to tackle race day with confidence—without feeling overwhelmed.

ROCKET
This session is designed to build the aerobic capacity needed for HYROX competition. Key focuses include developing your lactate threshold and muscular endurance through a combination of interval training, Zone 2 work, and high-repetition movements. Biking, rowing, and skiing will be incorporated alongside high-rep exercises to enhance your ability to sustain performance. By progressively challenging your endurance, you’ll be better prepared to maintain a strong, steady pace on race day.

SIM
This session is designed to simulate HYROX race conditions, with a focus on compromised running to build endurance and resilience over long distances. Key elements include race-paced intervals, transitions between high-intensity movements and running, and partner workouts to enhance competition readiness. By consistently training under race-like conditions, you will develop the stamina and pacing strategy needed to perform confidently on race day.
Calisthenics
Originating originally within fitness corners, We have over 10 years of experience in Calisthenics, and Bodyweight mastery. Join our RallyCali Sessions and master your bodyweight!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This session is focused on strengthening and conditioning the body to be able to gain mastery over your bodyweight. Think Joint Strength, Ligament Strength, Muscular Endurance & Mobility Work where each exercise conditions your body step by step to be able to fully handle bodyweight exercises of all sorts of functionality. This is the session you do not want to miss, pivotal for the development of bodyweight strength and the prevention of injuries.
