Having beaten cancer, Zordon deeply understands that growth isn’t linear, and setbacks are simply opportunities for learning. Zordon strives to lead by example, embracing each obstacle as a moment for growth and transformation. He views every experience, no matter how difficult, as a chance to evolve, and he inspires others to do the same. His resilience and unwavering optimism show that even in the face of adversity, there is always room for growth, learning, and hope.

Warren sees fitness as a lifelong journey, constantly evolving with individual goals. With over a decade of experience in strength and functional training, powerlifting, and calisthenics, he believes there’s no one-size-fits-all approach—only continuous progress.

Passionate about making fitness accessible to all, Warren advocates for consistency as the key to long-term health. He leads by example, inspiring others to embrace challenges, grow stronger, and make fitness an integral part of their lives.

Juan is an experienced Sports Therapist with 7 years in patient recovery and wellness, specializing in PNF, assisted stretching, and sports massage to improve mobility and pain management. Dedicated to professional growth and integrating modern techniques for holistic client health.

Asvind

Asvind is a Sports Rehab Therapist who is specialised in Assisted Stretching, Trigger-point release, PNF, and sports massage, all of which helps in increased range of mobility as well as rehab and recovery for those with injuries/chronic conditions. Main focus is to make sure client achieve their physical goal through rehab techniques which will aid in their day to day lifestyle.
