Who Is This Class For?

Calisthenics is strength training using your own bodyweight. Movements include pull-ups, push-ups, dips, handstands, core work, and progressions like muscle-ups or planches.

Whether you are just learning your first pull-up or chasing advanced skills, calisthenics builds joint strength, control, and mobility without the need for heavy equipment.

  • Absolutely. Many members combine calisthenics with Nitro, Strength, or Metcon for a complete training plan.

  • Just come with your workout gear, water bottle and a towel if you like. We will handle the rest.
