From baseline to race-day ready, here is how we get you there.

Weeks 1 - 2: Foundations & Testing

- Baseline performance test (HYROX-style)

- Technique work across key movements

- Intro to pacing strategies + movement standards

- Movement efficiency + injury prevention focus

Weeks 3 - 6: Engine Building + Simulations

- Structured running sessions (Intervals, tempo, long runs)

- Focused strength & station work (sleds, wall balls, burpee broad jumps)

- Run-station Combination to build "compromised running" capacity

- Half HYROX simulations to build confidence + test pacing

Weeks 7 - 8: Peak & Prepare

- Speed and station integration under fatigue

- High-intensity compromised running sessions

- Full HYROX simulation to test race readiness

- Taper & priming strategy for race week

  • I have never done HYROX before. Is the programme beginner friendly?
    Yes! Our programme is scalable for all levels of fitness. We bench mark your baseline and progressively build up. We guide you every step of the way.
  • What kind of results can i expect after 8 weeks?
    Our clients report significant improvements in endurance, running speed, functional strength and mental grit. Many complete their first ever Hyrox simulation or set personal bests by week 8.
  • What does the training programme look like week to week?
    You will have unlimited access to training sessions, but everything is structured, meaning your weekly schedule is thoughtfully planned to ensure balanced progress. Each week includes a mix of: Functional strength and circuit-based Hyrox workouts Run Club sessions — coached group runs focused on pacing, form, and building aerobic capacity A structured running program layered with intervals, tempo runs, and compromised efforts (runs performed under fatigue)
  • How does the running part of the programme work?
    A structured running plan layered into your week, including speed intervals, endurance tempos, and compromised running. You will also be part of an exclusive Run Club where each community session you will train alongside others and get coached on your form, pacing, and mindset. The community sessions will be held either in Serangoon Stadium or National Stadium.
  • How personalized is the coaching?
    Very. Your coach tracks your progress, tailors adjustments to your training, provides feedback in sessions, and checks in regularly to keep you accountable.
  • Will I get 1 on 1 coaching?
    Our sessions are small group format with high touch coaching. That means individual attention within a group setting. 1 on 1 coaching is available on request if you prefer more private support.
  • What recovery support is included in the program?
    Recovery is built into the program to help you train consistently and perform at your best. You will get: Unlimited guided cold plunge sessions to reduce inflammation, speed up recovery, and build mental toughness. 1x performance-focused sports massage from our in-house therapist to relieve tightness and support muscle repair.
  • What if I fall behind or miss a session?
    You won’t lose momentum with unlimited access, you can make up sessions easily. Plus, your progress plan helps you stay on track even when life gets in the way.
  • What if I travel or get injured mid-programme?
    We offer flexible options including programme pauses or make-up sessions, just let us know, and we will work something out.

I just wanna thank the coaches at project rally for the Hyrox training sessions.

It really helps a lot, equipping me and my double's partner with the techniques, endurance and mental game. With all equipments available, it's really easy to work on all stations. Doing the full simulations and finding out which is our weakest station to work on. 

And the best part of it is the ICE BATH 🥶. Honestly, half way through the full sims, I always wanted to give up but I thought to myself that none of yall gave up so I can't stop too, I don't wanna let yall down, so I kept going, and looked forward to the ice bath at the end.

Ended it off with the sports massage right before race week which was a life saver as I don't stretch enough hahaha. 

"If You Cannot, You Must Can" No choice guys, I gotta go for it!
