Class Formats

Full Simulation

⏱️ 90 minutes | All 8 HYROX stations & run intervals

Running Route Options:
600m/800m/1.1km (Varied weekly to train different pacing strategies)

You will test:

- Pacing under fatigue
- Transition timing
- Equipment handling
- Full race conditioning

Perfect for advanced members, race taper runs, or anyone who wants to simulate the full event experience.

HYROX Simulation is a structured, progressive training session that mirrors the official HYROX race format.

Each class is built around run-station intervals with the same movements, pacing, and grit required on race day.

You will work on:

- Station efficiency
- Aerobic engine
- Race-day transitions
- Movement technique​

Whether you are aiming to finish your first HYROX or shave minutes off your next race, simulation classes give you the tools to train smart and finish strong.
