Who is Weightlifting For?

Weightlifting is a technique-focused class centered on the snatch, clean & jerk, and accessory lifts. Designed to build power, coordination, and strength, it helps you move efficiently and safely under load.

Our Weightlifting sessions include:

- Olympic Lifts: Snatch, clean & jerk, and variations
- Accessory Work: Squats, pulls, presses, and mobility drills
- Strength Tools: Barbells, kettlebells, and plates

Every session is coach-led, with movements scaled to your experience regardless whether you are new to lifting or an advanced athlete.

What is Weightlifting?

  • Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels whether you’re completely new or experienced. Our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals and scale movements to your ability.

  • You’ll learn the Olympic lifts, the snatch and clean & jerk along with supporting movements like squats, pulls, and presses to build strength and technique.

  • Yes. Safety and technique are our top priority. Every session is coach-led, with step-by-step guidance to ensure you lift with proper form and progress safely.

  • No. We focus on mastering technique first before gradually increasing weight. This ensures better performance and reduces risk of injury.

  • Weightlifting focuses on technique, precision, and power in Olympic lifts, while Strength builds foundational strength and Metcon combines conditioning with varied movements.
